At least 129 human patients have taken Mecasermine Rinfabate while participating in controlled clinical trials.� Countless have used the product through GHIS prescription, off-label prescription, and investigational new drug (IND) compassionate use authorization.

No Serious Adverse Events (SAE)'s have been attributed to the intervention.
