Partnership for Compassionate Use Therapies (PCUT) is a tax exempt public charity under Internal Revenue Code section 501(c)3. 

Our IRS letter of determination acknowledges that all contributions to PCUT are tax deductible under section 170 of the Code.  Bequests, devises, and gifts are deductible under sections 2055, 2106, and 2106.

All charitable partners will receive with their thank you letter a receipt with the necessary references for full tax deduction.
